The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. 

The candidate for this position may be based in Northeast Germany or Alblasserdam, Netherlands at our EU head office. The Account Manager will be responsible for all sales in Northeast Germany. This position reports to the European Sales Coordinator. The primary function of the Account Manager will be to increase sales for the 5 Justin Alexander Bridal brands; strategically realise growth with current accounts and open new doors that match our brand values. We’re looking for an energetic person with a hands-on mentality, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities
· Facilitate sales for the Northeastern area of Germany and possible other German speaking accounts 
· Create commercial email blasts for German accounts, prospects and specific emails for individual territories
· Telemarket on a daily base 
· Attend trade shows in the territory and other, to present new collections to customers. Create trade show summary report
· Schedule appointments for store visits all year round, visit every account once-twice a year
· Facilitate introduction training for every new account, and seasonal new collection training for existing accounts
· Make growth plans for every customer 
· Attend Trunk Shows as needed
· Keep track of turnover in the territory and per account, report to management 
· Set yearly goals and targets, together with sales management
· Host customers at the Rotterdam Showroom
· Create prospect lists by researching competitors, wedding web portals, and other shop listing sources and roll out a prospect strategy 

Qualifications
· Previous account management experience
· Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
· Willingness and ability to travel
· Prefer bridal industry experience
· Superior commercial skills, ability to see opportunities to increase sales 
· Strong communication skills
· Strong time management and multi-tasking skills with propensity to self manage and work independently
· Ability to drive innovation in the territory of Northeast Germany
· Knowledge of social media and digital marketing 
· Profound skills in giving educational training and workshops 
· Business level German and English language
