SF is published twice a year in April and November, just before the start of the new buying season and dates of the trade fairs. The November issue focuses on sales support and marketing tools that manufacturers offer retailers. The magazine is distributed free, in controlled circulation, to all bridal fashion retailers in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In addition, Sposa Facts also reaches all manufacturers, agents and importers active in the bridal industry in Central Europe.
