We are expanding our Wholesale reach with Europe one or our primary areas of growth. As such, we are looking for a Customer Service / Sales Administration / Data Entry Officer to join the team.

This position will support our Netherlands and UK Companies in our expansions to Germany, so fluency in German is essential. Strong English, both written and verbal, is also essential. 

The role is based at our new Offices in Abcoude, Netherlands, office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. 

  • Provide Customer Service to our Wholesale Stockists via email and phone
  • Provide full onboarding support for new customers, including setup in ERP software
  • Process orders, invoices, and returns in our ERP software
  • Liaise with the warehouses on the dispatch of orders
  • Coordinate shipment of returns with Customers and warehouses
  • Coordinate our Trunk Show and Gown on Loan programs in Europe and the UK
  • Accounts Receivable support to ensure account terms are adhered to
  • Monitor upcoming orders to ensure shipment deadlines are met

De functie en jouw ervaring:

Het is onze ambitie om nog meer synergie uit al onze media-activiteiten te halen en daarmee nog meer de verbinder te zijn tussen het bruidspaar en de adverteerder. Als jij een proven track-record hebt met het maken van redactionele content die ook in print, e-mails en socials gepubliceerd wordt, dan kun jij invulling geven aan deze ambitie. Jij bent dé specialist op het gebied van e-mail marketing. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren en optimaliseren van triggered e-mails in de verschillende customer journeys. Met als doel steeds weer nieuwe bruidsparen aan onze media te binden.

Dit doe je samen met je collega’s bij redactie, sales en online marketing. Je ontwerpt, bouwt en optimaliseert digitale campagnes (e-mail en social) voor aanstaande bruidsparen en voor adverteerders. Je bent niet alleen technisch en operationeel goed, maar kijkt ook hoe je op basis van data en de juiste analyse, digitale campagnes en conversies continu kunt optimaliseren. Hierbij heb je de luxe van werken met mooie en relevante redactionele content.

Om compleet te zijn over je skill-set:

  • Je hebt een proactieve instelling.
  • Een HBO werk- en denkniveau met een journalistieke achtergrond, een makkelijke stijl van schrijven in perfect Nederlands.
  • Je hebt minimaal drie jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie in een media, digitale of e-commerce omgeving.
  • Je bedenkt onderwerpen, invalshoeken en schrijft (commerciële) teksten met de juiste tone of voice.
